01Marketplace role
Sawaari facilitates the listing, reservation and sale of repossessed vehicles uploaded by partner banks and NBFCs (the “sellers”). Sawaari is not the owner of the vehicles and acts as a technology facilitator between buyers and sellers.
02Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18 years or older and capable of entering a legally binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information and to complete KYC verification where required. You are responsible for activity on your account.
03Listings & condition
All vehicles are sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis. Listings include an inspection report and photographs for reference; they are indicative and do not constitute a warranty. Buyers are encouraged to verify the vehicle at the partner yard before handover.
Prices, availability and inspection details are provided by the seller and are subject to confirmation. Sawaari may correct errors or withdraw a listing at any time.
04Reservations & payment
You may reserve a vehicle by paying a token or buy it in full. Payments are processed by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway partner. The token is adjusted against the final purchase price.
Ownership and risk pass per the seller’s sale documentation once full payment and handover are complete.
05Pickup & RC transfer
Vehicles are collected in person from the assigned partner yard using a secure pickup QR. RC (registration certificate) transfer is initiated by the selling bank/NBFC as per their process. Timelines for RC transfer are governed by the seller and the relevant RTO.
06Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
07Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sawaari and Blessing Softtech (OPC) Private Limited are not liable for the condition of vehicles, seller obligations, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
08Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
