01Pickup, not shipping
Sawaari does not ship or transport vehicles. Each vehicle is collected in person from the partner yard where it is held. The buyer arranges their own transport from the yard.
02Eligibility for pickup
Pickup is available after full payment is complete and KYC is verified. You will receive a secure pickup QR for the order once the vehicle is ready for handover.
03Handover process
At the yard, show your pickup QR. The yard team verifies it against the order and completes the handover, so only the rightful buyer can take delivery. Carry a valid photo ID and your order reference.
04Timing
Pickup is available during the partner yard’s working hours. We recommend scheduling your visit in advance through the platform where the option is available.
05RC transfer
RC (registration certificate) transfer is initiated by the selling bank/NBFC as per their process after the sale is complete; timelines are governed by the seller and the relevant RTO.
