03Payments
Payment information is collected and processed directly by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway partner. We do not store your full card details, UPI credentials or bank account numbers on our servers.
04Sharing
We share necessary order information with the selling bank/NBFC and the assigned yard to complete your purchase and handover. We may share data with service providers (payments, KYC, hosting) under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities where required by law.
05Data retention & security
We retain personal and KYC data only as long as needed for the purchase, support and statutory compliance. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data.
