01Reservation tokens
When you reserve a vehicle you pay a token. The token holds the vehicle for you and is adjusted against the final purchase price when you complete the balance payment.
02When a refund is issued
If a reserved vehicle becomes unavailable before you pay the balance, the token is refunded to your Sawaari wallet. Where a full payment cannot be fulfilled (for example, the vehicle is no longer available or a transaction fails after capture), the amount is refunded to the original payment method.
03Refund timeline
Approved refunds to the original payment method are processed within 5–7 business days. Wallet credits are reflected immediately. Actual posting time may depend on your bank or payment provider.
04Cancellations
You may cancel a reservation before paying the balance; the token is handled per the section above. Once full payment is made and the vehicle is handed over, the sale is final on an “as-is, where-is” basis and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
